Albino Sterlet (Acipenser ruthenus)
Purebred Albino Sterlet produced from 100% Caspian Sea broodstock parents. A rare and striking variation of the Sterlet, prized for its bright coloration, graceful form, and same active, bottom-dwelling nature.
Origin: Purebred line from 100% Caspian Sea broodstock parents.
Diet: Carnivorous bottom-feeder; thrives on quality sinking sturgeon pellets and other protein-rich foods.
Adult Size: Typically grows to about 75–100 cm (30–39 in), with larger growth possible in ideal conditions, as it is the same species as the regular Sterlet.
Recommended Tank Size: Requires a medium-large, filtered, oxygen-rich pond
Compatibility: Peaceful and best kept with other coolwater, non-aggressive fish that will not outcompete it for food.
