Origin: Purebred line from 100% Caspian Sea broodstock parents.
Diet: Carnivorous bottom-feeder; does best on quality sinking sturgeon pellets, worms, insect larvae, and other protein-rich foods.
Adult Size: Commonly reaches about 75–100 cm (30–39 in) in captivity, with larger specimens possible under ideal conditions.
Recommended Tank Size: Best suited for a medium-large, cool, well-oxygenated pond. Compatibility: Peaceful with other coldwater, non-aggressive pond fish such as koi, goldfish, and other sturgeon; avoid aggressive fish, warm-water species, and fish small enough to be swallowed.
